Very nice, big & hygienic apartment from where we had a terrific vacation. located in a quiet neighborhood, if not too quiet for our taste - we even were afraid to put on music because of how quiet it was when sitting outside. The airconditioning units are placed a bit illogical, in the living area or bedroom in the basement would be better. But with some smart usage we would manage to keep the whole apartment cool. During our stay a company worked on the hedges very nonchalantly, so that 'our' garden and the pool was full of rubbish and mud and the pool was unusable for a day, but this was solved perfectly the day after when they send maintenance guys to clean it. The garage was a nice surprise, our station wagon with roof box fitted perfectly. The fact that everything is equipped with insect curtains is a big plus. As a last thing I would like to note that Dutch plugs fit into the sockets so no adaptors needed!

A pity that more information was not immediately available before or on arrival, like the wifi codes for the ground floor and for the basement and instruction on what to do with towels and bed linen on leaving-day - this was provided in a message the day before leaving. The private pool, which is shared with the other apartments, counts many rules.. which could have been better if communicated in advance, some are very illogical or unpleasant; the maximum amount of people in the pool are only 3 people, not very convenient for a family of 4. Opening times are also a bit short and at the hottest time of the day you can't cool off in the pool. Also owners have priority over tenants, so unfortunately we were able to make less use of the pool than we wanted. The second bedroom, with one single and one double bed is located in the basement, for our kids this wasn't a big problem, but probably not very good for families with younger children, for us this was one little minus. The apartment is equipped with an alarm system and a safe, but unfortunately there was no information available so we could not make use of these.

Very nice apartmet by the Lake Garda in Sirmione

The apartment is located in an excellent residence within walking distance (2 munutes) of Lake Garda. It is located on two floors: the first, with its own garden on both sides, and a basement. The residence has its own swimming pool: excellent, clean and spacious. All photos correspond to the conditions of appartment. Since this is an apartment, personal hygiene products and laundry / cleaning products should not be provided, although the minimum set is still present. At the first start of washing and dishwasher, there are capsules as well as dishwashing detergent. Bed linen and towels are provided, but for the beach it is better to bring your own. Thanks to Marco and Giulia from Endless Summer for their promptness, they helped to quickly resolve all the issues with air conditioning and helped to sort out the use of garbage containers. The temperature now in appartment is comfortable, and the presence of mosquito nets allows you to safely open windows during the night (if desired) and not to worry about the appearance of unplanned bites. Check-in is very convenient as well as simple, and instructions on where to get the keys are very clear. There is underground parking under the house, but it is not particularly necessary, because there is a lot of space for parking on the street. The area is quiet and calm. ----- Within walking distance is not only a lake with a beach, but also cafes with stunning views, and many shops and supermarkets. Separately, I would like to note the equipment of the kitchen, where there is everything you need, including a spacious refrigerator with a freezer and a full-fledged 60 cm dishwasher. ----- There are 2 sunbeds and a very comfortable table in the garden, at which we had breakfast, lunch and dinner and just enjoyed the outdoors. ----- The laundry room and hallway area in the basement has plenty of storage drawers. There is an iron available, but the ironing board is still on the way.

Large spacious bedroom with two beds (king and single), large closet, sofa area with TV and large bathroom with shower are located in the basement floor. Despite the fact that the bedroom and bathroom have windows with daylight, I deduct 1 point, since such an arrangement for me personally is not suitable for a bedroom.

Sichere und schöne Lage zum See und für weitere Ausflüge

Die Lage ist für uns perfekt gewesen, ruhig und doch sehr nah zum See, auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Reiseziele außerhalb von Sirmione.

Die Betten bräuchten Mal wieder ein Upgrade.

Große, saubere Wohnung mit viel Comfort

Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist überdurchschnittlich. Föhn ist vorhanden Staubsauger ist vorhanden Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster Separate Waschküche und genügend Platz für Vorräte unter der Treppe. Alles war sehr sauber!! Im Kellergeschoss befinden sich 3 Betten und ein Sofa Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Masterbedroom mit Doppelbett.

Der Pool ist nicht beheizt und daher sehr kalt.

Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub. Aber für das Geld für 14Tage mit 4Personen leider schon gemütlicher und luxuriöser in

Lage ist toll. Schöne Terrasse. Toller Pool. Küche auch sehr schön Leider ist uns der Schlüssel abgebrochen, wir bekamen schnell Hilfe. Würden es weiter empfehlen.

Leider etwas kalt eingerichtet. Etwas Dekoration an den Wänden würde es gemütlicher machen. Wahrscheinlich war auch mal was an den Wänden, weil noch Schrauben und Nägel dort stecken. Wir hatten das „Keller“ Zimmer uns hat es nichts ausgemacht weniger Licht zu haben. Trotzdem auch hier mal etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail, andere Gardinen an den Fenstern zb. Bilder, Schminkspiegel,Abfalleimer, Gläser für die Zahnbürste. Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse wäre auch toll und für die Küche mehr Trinkgläser leider viel zu wenig. Gefrierfach am Kühlschrank ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, schon bei Ankunft war alles vereist,wir haben es alle paar Tage von Eis befreien müssen. Leider hat keiner sich darum bemüht es zu reparieren.

Sehr schöne und vollständig ausgestattete Wohnung in Top-Lage

Die Wohnung war einfach super! Sie war viel besser ausgestattet als andere Unterkünfte, die wir gesehen haben. Und der Pool war fast immer leer, weil die anderen Hausbesitzer meistens nicht da waren. Die Lage war fantastisch - nur ein paar Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Und obwohl sie zentral lag, war es trotzdem ruhig. Der Besitzer war sehr hilfsbereit und antwortete schnell auf alle unsere Fragen. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Die einzigen kleinen Kritikpunkte, die wir hätten, wären die Matratzen im Untergeschoss (etwas zu hart, man spürte jede Feder) und vielleicht ein paar Bilder, um die Atmosphäre unten etwas aufzulockern. Aber das ist wirklich nur meckern auf hohem Niveau. Vielen, vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit! :-)

Gut ausgestattetes, teils im Keller gelegenes Apartment

Gut ausgestattetes, sauberes Apartment. Viel Platz und Tiefgarage Stellplatz. Gute Lage nahe des Sees und Pool. Freundlicher Support via WhatsApp.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer und das zweite Bad liegen im Keller, was auf den Bildern auf Booking.com vorab nicht deutlich wird. Unten ist es sehr kühl und feucht, also nicht zum Übernachten geeignet. Die Garage war für unseren Wagen nicht tief genug, wir mussten daher an der Straße parken. Es gab nur einen Mülleimer, obwohl die Trennung des Mülls in verschiedene Kategorien vorgeschrieben ist und diese Kritik auch schon früher von diversen Gästen abgegeben wurde.

Ich fand die Reinigungsgebühren für 3 Nächte als sehr hoch ( €160 zuzüglich €100 für einen großen Hund = €260) aber dafür war alles auch tip top 🔝
