About this house rental
The villa is about 70 square metres internal size and has all modern amenities including "wifi" and English TV. It is open plan in the main living area and is fully furnished with linen and towels provided. There is a front terrace with great views and an enclosed rear terrace ideal for drying washing etc. There is an outside staircase leading to the roof terrace with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, also there is a built in BBQ and outside furniture. Less than 5 minutes drive is Camposol golf resort with 18 hole course, club house and hotel with spa facilities. 7 mins from the villa are the main shops, bars, restaurants etc. Camposol village is near a new trunk road with easy access to the motorway system.
Please note; Spain can have a very dusty climate and also has extremes of hot and cold, sometime this means that dust can get in the house and make it appear slightly dirty or have a slightly musty smell please be assured that the house is cleaned thoroughly after every guest stay , but we can't do anything about the weather !

Keith is a great host and assisted us promptly when we had questions/queries. It a great dog friendly place to stay very close to fantastic dog walks and a short car ride to facilities and the port of Mzarron/Bolneuvo - it’s ideally positioned to visit the region of Murcia. would definitely recommend as a dog friendly place to stay. Thanks

Great comms with owner. Good for dogs, very close to open fields. Comfy bed. Great bathroom! You need a car as there are no shops or bars, 5 minute drive, 3km away.

Comfortable house, but as we where staying in November it was a little cold and the master bedroom was not getting any light. it is a distance to the amenities, but very enjoyable
