Casa Condado: is a fully furnished three-bedroom apartment located on the 1st floor at Naranjos 3 (garden name) at the 5-star Condado de Alhama golf resort. The communal garden is ideal for children. They can play here safely under a watchful eye. The playground and the pool with a children’s section are also located around this garden. In the Murcia region, the sun shines more than 300 days a year.
LAYOUT: You enter our apartment by walking up from the garden. From the terrace, you can soak up some sun; in the morning, you’ll wake up to the sound of birds singing, surrounded by greenery and palm trees. On long, balmy summer evenings, you can enjoy the barbecue or a good book on the rooftop terrace—or simply let your mind wander. A large shade sail is available should you need some shade during the day.
Upon entering, you’ll immediately find yourself in the cozy sitting area, adjacent to the dining table. The sitting area flows into the U-shaped open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop with oven and range hood, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer.
