This beautiful holiday apartment at the Condado Alhama Golf Resort is the ideal holiday destination for golf enthusiasts and families.
The air conditioning has a prepaid meter and is topped up with 10 for 1 week when you arrive. If the amount is used up, you will have to top up the meter again via a prepaid card for a fee. The apartment complex has a great garden area and a communal pool. Nearby you will find bars, restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket. The Al Kasar Shopping Centre is just a few minutes' walk away.
An interesting option if you want to switch off for a few days in the company of your family or friends.

There were a few improvements to be made to the property. To bring it to a top standard.
1 crack on WHB. Leaks to floor.
2. Tiles lifting in kitchen lounge area
3 no air con in main bedroom - the place need it most!
4.no cover on roof terrace -.in practice the roof terrace is only useable in the night.
5. The charge of 95 for cleaning and bedding is a bit much . People who fly won't be taking bedding / towels with them. Most places on the complex don't charge this 30 euro.
1 keyholders. Were very attentive and were always accommodating
A asked to stay for extra hour and it was no problem.
2. It's still a value for money place to stay.

4 it was clean and tidy on arrival

A well equipped apartment with comfy beds. The sun terrace is very well equipped too.
The only equipment missing for us was a microwave and a hair dryer.
Jill was helpful and very knowledgable and she was able to get us into the property a bit earlier which was much appreciated.
