The pool is just the right size for the 200m² main terrace.
The cozy and comfortable living room, with its open layout, offers plenty of space to relax. The immediate proximity to all local amenities, such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, beach promenades, the marina, and family- and adult-friendly beaches for playing and relaxing.
