The extraordinary situation of the building, totally new, less than 100 meters. of the PLAZA MAYOR and the rest of the main monuments, in the best residential area of the city, next to the famous Central Market, surrounded by shops, supermarkets, restaurants, tapas bars, Spanish schools, etc.
It is the best option to get to know the city, without the need to travel.
The interior of the apartment is very spacious and independent, recently built, new and fully equipped.
Living room, very spacious and with an outdoor terrace with magnificent views over the busy Plaza del Peso and monuments, air conditioning equipment.
Kitchen with appliances: refrigerator, freezer, grill oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, washing machine, dishwasher, portable clothesline, ironing board and iron, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.

On the ground floor:
The main, spacious with a bed of 1.50 x 1.90 meters and built-in wardrobe, with air conditioning equipment.
In the secondary 2 beds of 0.90 meters and wardrobe.
In the bedrooms: bedding.
Common dressing room for both bedrooms and access to the complete bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and bathtub, equipped with towels, hair dryer, hand soap, makeup remover napkins, bags and toilet paper etc.

A very nice place! We really enjoyed stretching out here. Washing machine in the apartment was great. There is A/C in the living room so the far bedrooms don't get cool. They have one fan, but suggest they provide two more (one for each bedroom). The upper level in August was like a sauna and required 1 Euro to run the A/C unit for two hours. Owners were helpful for parking. Would be nice, though, to get check-in instructions and driving information in advance of arrival. Thank you for having us - we would recommend to others for sure.
