En general el apto esta bien y cerca del centro. Limpio y nuevo, camas cómodas, también el sofá. Estuvimos solo una noche y no usamos la cocina, pero había unas capsulas de café de cortesía.

Se escucha mucho el jaleo de los otros apartamentos al compartir el pasillo. No hay puerta que separe la ducha del resto de la estancia, no hay intimidad. Seguramente fue un descuido, pero no había papel higiénico en el baño. Las cortinas no se podían mover.

One of the most beautiful apartment where I have ever stayed. It is very clean and quiet. The historic city center is just on other side of the street - so the location is very convenient.

Nothing

I loved the apartment which was new and clean. The aircon worked well. The first night the fire alarm went off twice and was dealt with promptly and that was not a problem. I was told the weekend would be peaceful as I was then the only guest. The owner left a bottle of wine outside my door to thank me for my understanding two morning later. Not sure if this was because of what was to come but thought it was re: fire alarms - which was not a problem for me at the time as a good explanation was given - it had not been calibrated properly after an inspection or somthing like that. I got the impression that the owner was a very nice person and the standard of the apartment was very high. Everything was brand new and the building had a lot of history. The location was excellent. Everything was perfect.

The third and fourth night people were in and out all night - groups of people and some on own and some in 2's or more. So all through both nights the noise of the front door banging was bad and the loud talking of some was awful - some on phones -others just chatting inside the door on the way out or outside the door as they exited, or inside as they entered and passed. The third night until 3 am about 7 bangs - then 4.45 - then 5.15 and 5.45 a.m. more. No care to hush, no awareness that anyone else might have been trying to sleep. The fourth night I gave up counting the bangs of the doors or the talking - I just got up and stayed up from 3 a.m. I communicated this to the owner at that point- later in the day he explained that there were rock concerts on those two nights and that I could have spoken to them. This suggestion would not work because by the time I would have gotten downstairs and out they would already have moved through the second door and by the time I would be back upstairs another lot would have come in or out! Also I thought there was a code needed for the second door and he said no. I suggested putting a sign in the extrance hall to remind people that they are outside another apartment and to show consideration. He took my suggestion seriously and he said he was going to do it and also to speak to the other guests. He was apologetic and he seemed to take the feedback seriously.
