We really liked the hospitality of the people who served us.

Пребывание в отеле было отличным: от бесплатной встречи в аэропорту, до вкусного завтрака утром и беспроблемного выселения. Сотрудники-хозяева очень милы и помогли нам во всех наших просьбах. Номера чистые, с кондиционерами, феном, классными полотенцами и кроватью с подогревом. На входе нас угостили чаем и апельсином. У хозяев есть совершенно очаровательная собака🥰

I appreciated the receptionist's kindness. She was extremely friendly. She came to pick me up and arranged for a taxi to take me to the station on time, at an additional cost. I appreciated that she prepared me an express mini breakfast, well before breakfast time, so that I could go to the station with something in my stomach. Highly appreciated, and the reason why the score is not lower.

So where can I start.. I will try not to be too harsh, because the lady was super nice.. But some things have to be said.. The hotel is filthy. There's dust everywhere. It looks like they clean with the lights off. It must be. And it's everywhere, because I was going to be given a two-story room, which luckily wasn't mine, and I noticed that the stairs were completely covered in dust. Then I noticed that mine was too (shelves, baseboards, walls...) When you walk into a room and don't even want to go to the bathroom, you know you shouldn't have booked it. The bathroom window cannot be closed. So it stayed open all night without being able to be locked. As it also does not seal properly, all the heat escapes from the room during the night. The entire bathroom gets wet after someone takes a shower, and if you want to use the toilet afterwards, you'll get your feet wet because the water from the shower floods the entire area. The bathroom was poorly designed/built. Another super annoying thing is that the outlets are from the 1980s, it must be, no plug fits properly, and the equipment is always disconnecting. I was afraid of damaging either the charger or the equipment. The lights all turn on and off at the same time. Anyway, I'm glad I went to this hotel alone and only for one night, arriving very late and leaving very early. And even that was too much.
