The best part of the trip for my family was meeting Cash Lee who was working/interning at the hotel. The rooms were very nice and the bedding was very comfortable.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at ROY Sean Castle Hotel in Zhangjiajie, and it made my whole trip incredibly satisfying from start to finish. The hotel service is top-notch, and the highlight for me was the convenient airport pick-up service from Hehua Airport. It saved me plenty of trouble after a tiring flight, letting me check in smoothly right after arriving in the city. Another wonderful amenity is the hotel’s swimming pool. It was the perfect spot to relax and cool down after a long day wandering around scenic spots. The most breathtaking advantage of this property is the direct front view of Tianmen Mountain. The mountain scenery right opposite the hotel is stunning beyond words, and enjoying the natural landscape every morning was such a precious pleasure. The daily breakfast offered a rich variety of foods that fully satisfied all my eating needs throughout the vacation. Every staff member was warm, patient and ready to solve any problems quickly. Combining thoughtful service, great facilities and unbeatable mountain views, Sean Castle turned my Zhangjiajie journey into an unforgettable memory. I strongly recommend this hotel to all travelers visiting Zhangjiajie and will choose it again for my next visit.
