The owners, a couple, are very kind and helpful, this is the big plus of this structure.
The lady booked us the tickets and was nice to explain us how to best visit the places.
But I have to say that given the four stars and the name “resort”, I was expecting a very different experience. Definitely overpriced for what it offers, also considering the high-end options at similar prices in town.
They picked us up at the airport and took us to the train station for free but this is not an expensive service to get with Didi.
Position is close to Tianmen mountain but far from restaurants and shops in the city center, it is on a busy road.
Breakfast is good, but there are no options, the owners serves all the plates to share on the table. Also, you need to tell in advance what time you wake up, because there are just three table. It is served in the lobby.
The pool is tiny and it is not treated with chlorine.
The light over the washbasin didn’t work in the first day, they fixed on the second and broke again on the third. I gave complaining.

The staff was wonderful; they helped us plan our excursions and with everything we needed. I highly recommend this place—we would definitely go back without hesitation.

Lucas, the concierge was fantastic. He let us know all the information we needed in order to have a fantastic time at Zhangjiajie National Park. He also upgraded our room after we made a mistake with the booking. Breakfast was excellent and they opened breakfast early for us to go on our excursions at a good time.
The room was dirty, the bathroom door was missing. We saw mould in the bathroom. The blinds were broken and we couldn't close the window. Wall paper falling apart.
