Zhangjiajie Su Xin Resort Near Tianmen Shan & Hehua airport-Free pick up

We were greeted very kindly, when we arrived Lucas showed us what awaits us for the next days. He took his time to explain to us how to reach our destinations and so on. The hotel was very comfortable and cozy. Every morning we got heartfelt breakfast to keep us energized throughout the day. Lucas and his wife are incredibly kind and welcoming! We felt very comfortable with them. We also got a souvenir to take home! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Zhangjiajie Suxin Hotel. The staff’s hospitality truly stood out from day one—everyone was welcoming, attentive, and eager to make sure we had a great visit. They made our itinerary effortless by helping us book our local excursions and tickets. Navigating the area can be tricky, but their recommendations and assistance with reservations saved us so much time and hassle. Communication was always quick and easy, which made coordinates and asking for advice entirely stress-free. If you're visiting Zhangjiajie, I highly recommend staying at Suxin Hotel for the great service and welcoming environment. We would happily stay here again!

Everything was amazing

Lucas, the concierge was fantastic. He let us know all the information we needed in order to have a fantastic time at Zhangjiajie National Park. He also upgraded our room after we made a mistake with the booking. Breakfast was excellent and they opened breakfast early for us to go on our excursions at a good time.

The room was dirty, the bathroom door was missing. We saw mould in the bathroom. The blinds were broken and we couldn't close the window. Wall paper falling apart.
