Riverside Peak Lodge Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan National Park

From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a beautiful area, close to everything. The room was ample, and the air-conditioning was amazing. We washed and dried cloths there without an issue. The staff helped us book trips, getting great prices and told us the best route, even giving us a map. We were sad to leave, but the staff gave the children a little gift that was so lovely 💖

I highly recommend this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so warm and welcoming. We had been in contact with them a few days before about booking our national park tickets, and Jo (I believe that was her name) was incredibly helpful. She knew the park so well and helped us book our tickets and plan our entire itinerary, which took so much stress out of the experience. The hotel itself was lovely, and the location was perfect — right in the heart of the attractions but on a quieter street. Our family room didn’t have a direct river view, but we could still see it from the side. We would definitely stay here again. The staff’s service and the great location were definitely the highlights of our stay!

Location to attractions

The room did not offer tea or coffee or a lounge chair in the room. The hotel is looking tired and needs some maintenance. The Hotel did not reflect the pics listed.
