Excellent staff. Very helpful. Lovely riverside location. A fabulous restaurant Riverside Kitchens next door- lovely western meals.

Hotel manager was extremely helpful and gave really good advise on exploring Zhangjiaji. The hotel is a short ride from Zhangjiaji national park. There are lots of food options in walking distance from the hotel including a halal eatery.

Really nice and helpful staff, the room was clean. The price was incredible, the location was just 1.5km away from the east gate. Nice food streets around the hotel.

Normal sized and clean rooms. Good location by the river, we accidently stumbled upon a small market and a drone show right by the river.
The initialy planned family room had no view out the window. The frontdesk sorted this by providing us 2 new rooms free of charge. The matresses are hard, yet that was the case in all hotels we stayed at during our China vacation.
