Keeping it authentic Chinese style while very comfortable and homey.

Our visit felt very personal due to the friendliness and hospitality. The facilities provided were very good. The location is quite close to the Tianmen Mountain and a breathe away from the shopping malls and 72 building. The breakfast was tasty with a choice of western or Chinese cuisine.

The layout of the room was rather unique, however given the size it is understandable.

Staff was super great. Both were very friendly and kind with itineraries for our trip. Rooms were big and spacious and very well decorated.

Unfortunately the kindness of the staff does not heat the room. Our room was in the 5th floor and it was very cold during the 3 nights. This has been reported to the staff and instead of getting a heater or a blanket we got heat patches for muscle recovery (still dont understand what we should have done with it). Besides the cold in the room the toilet of our bathroom got cloghed due to the old piping of the building, and we couldnt use it for a night and morning. Also this has been reported in the evening and we were said that only on the next day it could be fixed - so we had to spend 14 hours with the toilet in that state.
