Zhangjiajie Boman Smart Hotel -10min to Forest Park East Gate & English Butler & Tour Tickets

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was great, but what really stood out was the staff. They were extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. They genuinely made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The position is great, very close to the park’s east gate, 10 minutes walking distance. Although they don’t speak nothing but mandarin, the staff is very polite and available for help.

The staff don’t speak English at all, you can interact with them only with translating app or similar device (please, consider that western visitors are a relevant proportion); they state the pool was open but it was half empty, actually; the gym, a ten squared meters in the hotel hall based on a couple of very old tools, was out of work because of technical issues to be fixed. The room was quite dirty and dusty, with non-disposable slippers provided for the customers. Lastly, the hotel-breakfast is not ready before 8:30am but they give you the chance to access the breakfast from the hotel close to them.
