Alles war sehr sauber. Tolle Lage. Self-check-in.
In unserem Zimmer, war kein wlan Empfang. Wir hatten daher nur in der Gemeinschaftsküche wlan Empfang, das war schade. Tipp: vielleicht einen stärkeren Router besorgen oder einen WLAN-Verstärkerstecker kaufen, dass alle Zimmer wlan nutzen können.

Easy self-check in, great location, 2min walk from main square in town center, lovely cleaning Lady.
Clean and comfortable room and bathroom.

Below were not big problems for us, but just wanted to give heads up to other customers/feedback to the owner:
- we loved the location in the heart of Santa Teresa, but due to pub below and night markets on the street it can be loud until late hours (I usually sleep with the ear plugs so no problem for me)
- not much room to open your suticase and store your belongings, but its just my preference that I like to unpack and organise all my clothes/cosmetics

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 14 al 18 agosto e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Posizione centralissima, ideale per visitare Santa Teresa di Gallura e raggiungere la spiaggia.
Andrea sempre disponibile e gentilissimo, così come la governante. Struttura accogliente, pulita e curata. Consigliatissimo!

La posizione.
La presenza di una forte umidità all’interno della stanza denominata “Angy” in quanto la stessa non è esposta al sole. L’Ambiente dove è presente il letto é molto piccolo e poco luminoso. Diventa difficile persino muoversi se si considera che una persona porta sempre al seguito una valigia. Si immagini una coppia.
Il bagno, invece, ha delle dimensioni molto più grandi e, nonostante ciò, è dotato di lavandino in miniatura il che, ad ogni suo utilizzo, rende praticamente impossibile non far cadere acqua al pavimento. Da migliorare nell’arredo.
