Abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza al centro, il self check-in ed il bagno spazioso.
Seppur abbastanza piccola, la camera è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari.
Nota positiva anche per i consigli sui luoghi d’interesse ed i ristoranti della zona: l’attenzione ai dettagli talvolta si dà per scontata, ma non in questo caso.
La nostra stanza aveva un piccolo stendibiancheria a muro un po’ malconcio che col Maestrale era impossibile da utilizzare. Se devo proprio trovare una nota negativa direi questa, ma con un po’ di ingegno le soluzioni si trovano.

Cena na bookingu je bila med mojo izbiro ponujena nižja, kot je bilo končno plačilo, navedeno ob prijavi.

Sehr kurzer Weg in die schöne Altstadt von Santa Teresa.
Achtung, hier wird der Kunde abgezockt! Der Ansprechpartner für das Check-in war nicht erreichbar. Statt Direktzahlung vor Ort wird dann die Überweisung der Übernachtungskosten über das booking.com Portal vereinbart und trotzdem wird die Kreditkarte belastet, so dass die Übernachtung doppelt gezahlt wird. Auf Rückforderungsansprüche wird nicht reagiert ! Wie praktisch, wenn man sich sicher sein kann, dass der Kunde nicht in Italien wohnt und somit nicht persönlich im Büro erscheinen kann.
Auf keinen Fall hier eine Übernachtung buchen. Firmiert übrigens anscheinend auch als Rena Bianca Appartements.
In der Wohnung roch es sehr unangenehm nach Reinigungsmitteln, so dass wir erst einmal durchgelüftet haben. Dafür gab es andererseits kein Geschirrspülmittel.
Das W-Lan hat nicht funktioniert.
