Petra Maris rooms and their owner Martina deserve much more than a 10. Everything was PERFECT!
1. To start with, Martina anticipated everything and sent us useful information such as how to get our key, where our room is located, where to park with the help of some videos and Whatsapp messages. Her instructions could not be clearer and we thank her for that. Our check-in was really smooth.
2. Our room and all common areas were extremely clean and well maintained.
3. Our bed and pillows were so comfortable!
4. The house (and the rooms of course) is so beautifully renovated and decorated. We felt like at home, in a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. We loved it.
5. Martina lent us 2 beach mats (which are mandatory if you plan to go to Rena Bianca beach, thus avoiding purchasing/renting them at the minimum cost of 10 Eur per mat) as well as a sun umbrella. This was highly appreciated.
6. Martina foresaw sufficient food and drinks for our two-day stay. This way, we could have our breakfast on our terrace or in the common area, which is furnished with tables and chairs.
7. The house is just a 10-mn walk to the city centre and the beach. We liked the fact that we could leave our car at the house and walk to the beach and the restaurants.
8. The neighbourhood is very quiet, which is a plus.
9. If we could have, we would have spent more time at Petra Maris. It was by far one of the best accommodations we had during our road trip to Sardinia.
10. I can only recommend you to stay at Petra Maris. You will not regret it!

Location was great with easy walk in to Santa Teresa .Property is new and clearly workmanship very good with quality material’s. Access to property very good and liaison with staff was made easy . A nice touch with complimentary refreshments

De locatie was top, het was op loopafstand van het centrum en de auto kon je voor de deur parkeren.
Ontbijt was (nog) niet beschikbaar, maar er was gezorgd voor (gratis) eten en drinken in de minibar en in de lades.
Wel is er een mooi overdekt terrasje waar je met het ontbijt zelf kan zitten.
Wij hadden de grote kamer, die echt prachtig is. Het zag er allemaal erg nieuw uit en was van alle gemakken voorzien.
Eigenlijk niks.
