Well located, very clean, friendly staff and proactive

The air dryer didnt worked 1 night the electricity went down and one of the standard room in which i stayed is noisy the reception is close by and they speak loud, talk on phone in speakers and people can be heared from the hall Avoid vivien room

Great location quite near the beach Rena Bianca as well as the town center and restaurants, cafe's and shops.. There are no free easy parking spaces near the hotel, but at least in June you find them further away ( 500-600m) from the hotel. The apartment was fine - clean, effective airconditioning, Unfortunately we were given the wrong apartment with less facilities and spent the first night there, before the mistake was corrected and we got our apartment. No reimburce was asked for, and nothing was offered. The hotel has a restaurant with quite tasty mediterranian food - lunch and dinner. No sea view from the restaurant though. No breakfast, but coffee machine and an electric water boiler, coffee and tea as well as basic breakfast table wear were part of the equipment. You get 10% discount in a nearby cafe" .You will also find a bottle opener, shampoo and soap in the apsrment.

Air conditioning not working and staff didn’t make effort to fix it. Patio is very small, just a hatch, with high up walls with no air. Very claustrophobic. Mould in the cupboard on the ceiling and musty smell in the drawers. Sofa bed is actually a bunk bed which wasn’t advertised as such. The apartment door opens directly onto the street. Room advertised as city view but all you get is the window next to the front door and you have to keep the curtains closed otherwise everyone on the street and everyone dining right outside the door, can see inside.
