HA Gateway Inn Villa Private Pool & Fully AC

Toda la casa en general, estuvo todo muy bien, muy grande y todo perfecto

Everything about the property was perfect . We was actually at another villa and had to leave there as it was so dirty and not as described but once we got to this villa we were so happy , the host was amazing , the staff are lovely and attentive. The house is like a real home so well maintained and naturally beautiful. Location is good just hop in a cab 5 mins into town … so perfect

We liked everything … it has everything. It has all cooking appliances, washing machine , even had a fresh water dispenser which was great.

Having the private pool was awesome for the children

The beds were very hard

Helpful team, especially with getting us bikes and answering questions. Great size for a few families travelling together. Huge bedrooms and bathrooms. Having someone make us local breakfasts onsite was lovely. Nice view of rice fields out the back.

Cleaning was still happening until 5 or 6pm on the day of arrival which was tough for small jet lagged kids to not be able to go to their rooms for a few hours after arrival. Intermittent communication before stay made me nervous (apparently they had an issue with booking.com) but was good when we were there. Very western problem and normal for Vietnam, but definitely some kid safety things we had to problem solve (balcony doors in top storey bedrooms have no locks, so can't really let little kids sleep in there without blocking access, very hard to restrict pool access etc). Again, seems normal for the region, but worth thinking through if you do have small kids. The outside area definitely could do with a tidy and general upgrade; wasn't great to sit in the outdoor areas really.
