About this house rental
Rosemary Cottage is private quiet and peaceful. Located 30 minutes north of Wellington it is the ideal spot to to enjoy the stunning natural beauty of the Kapiti coast. It is a short walk to the lovely expansive beach and the village has many lovely cafes and restaurants as well as a great Saturday market The cottage is totally self contained and very well equipped. The deck is the perfect place for outdoor dining and barbeques. There is a wood burner which is perfect for those colder nights.

Charming property with plenty of space and within easy distance to beach and shops.

Great to have choice of heat pump or woodburner during a cold snap. Suggest the system to distribute the warmth to bedrooms is improved. Maybe during winter electric blankets would be a nice touch.
