About this house rental
Blair Holiday Home is only one minute stroll to beautiful Waikanae beach. This newly decorated and furnished house in Fenside Street is a peaceful holiday escape for couples and families. Close to the boat ramp where your boat can be launched for a small fee.
The house is fully equipped, has a large lounge/dining room and kitchen. There is also a sunny conservatory to relax in. Three bedrooms(sleeps six), bathroom(with bath and shower) and a separate toilet.
A portacot and highchair are available. Sky and Wifi provided.
Your stay also includes quality linen, towels and beach towels.
The large fenced off section is safe for children. Outdoor BBQ, off-street parking, also a large secure double garage.
Waikanae is situated on the Kapiti Coast, 45 minutes drive from Wellington Central, trains and buses to Waikanae available. Paraparaumu Airport only 15 mins drive away.
Waikanae township has supermarkets, restaurants, and Coastlands Shopping Mall only 10 minutes away in Paraparaumu.
Special conditions:
Minimum 3 nights stay over all long weekends.
Minimum 5 nights stay from 20th Dec to 20th Feb

Wonderful, family friendly house in a perfect location for the beach and exploring Kapiti. Rachelle was so helpful and easy to contact. Lots of thoughtful extras made our stay so enjoyable - all the comforts of home with the bonus of being across the road from the beautiful beach. Highly recommended!

Fantastic place to stay. Lots of space, immaculately clean, warm and comfortable. We had such a great time, Rachelle was so accommodating, we really appreciate it and will be back.
