Whitby sea view

The host was very friendly and welcoming . Such a beautiful home with most of the the requirements tended for during our stay, shower was amazing also bed was very comfortable to rest soundly in. Loved the host's accent too...very thorough with explaining details to make our stay that much more comfortable n hassle free.

I think it was missing a t.v in the room otherwise it was a pleasurable stay.. oh and milk for cupa would have been ideal especially because it was terrible weather to out in just to get milk as we arrived later evening. No major at all though

Trang and Gregory were incredibly kind and welcoming. I had not realized this was a homestay when I booked, and I booked last-minute as I was driving and too tired to keep going. So when I arrived and realized I was staying at someone's home, I felt terrible! They were out for the night but kindly helped me get inside the house and find my room, and were very kind and welcoming. And the room felt very peaceful. I wish I could have stayed longer!

I didn't realize we could be sharing a communal downstairs area with potentially others in 3 other guest rooms. Toilet, bathroom tiny space to boil a jug.

Unusual to have access to the family’s lounge and kitchen but it felt uncomfortable as the owners were not around. The dog was lovely and keen to share our food! Good communication with the owner prior to our stay with offers to text if we needed anything, with room opening numbers but our room door was open when we arrived anyway. Couldn’t work out how to lock our bedroom door overnight.

Our room had more of a bush view with sea peeks but that was Ok. The photo was misleading as this is the family room and deck. Suggest putting signs on the toilet and bathroom doors as they were closed so we didn’t know where they were initially. We were greeted by a group of other (very friendly) people staying but the owners were out and not there to show us around which would have been nice. Bed and pillow very firm which would suit some. We weren’t told about road works on the street which meant we had to drive round 5 mins to get to it.
