Great decor including polished wooden floors, tiled bathroom plus only two minute walk to the beach, boat club and beachside restaurant Thai cafe.Three minutes walk to well stocked dairy/superette, playground, tennis courts and other cafes "Hey Coastie" and "Longbeach" which are family friendly and great food.Relax and unwind from the City. Grab a wood fired pizza and enjoy a vino.
Fully fenced flat section with all day sun and space to park your vehicles off the road.Decks at front and back with two sets of outdoor furniture. BBQ, board games, oldish tennis racquetstooSuitable for families and couples alike ...Sleeps 6 in the main house in beds with duvets,pillows etc. Sleep a further 4 people in adjacent fully professionally lined sleepout/garage. This spacious room contains 1 double bed and 2 singles. Ideal for teenagers or in-laws wanting some extra private space. All linen and towels supplied at no extra charge. Most people bring their own for short stays as it makes cleaning and packing up to go home much faster. Waikanae Pool offers heated outdoor swimming and picnics for families (in summer), and the Waikanae Golf Club is nearby. Early morning walks, beach cricket and great sunsets.
Long term rental rates are negotiable except during summer school holidays. Please note the bath is a shubb so excellent for children rather than taller adults. Shower good for everyone!Sky and internet

Additional adults at $30.00 each, Children aged 5 to 13 years at $20.00 each. Under 5,s at $10.00 each. Refundable bond of $100.00 may be required. Well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement and at no charge!

We had a lovely stay at this home away from home. Kitchen well stocked with plenty of crockery and cooking utensils, comfy lounge for spending time together and just a stone throw to the beach.Relaxing weekend for the whole family.

This two bedroom bach was a great stay. I was here for almost two months and enjoyed the fact it was only a block away from Waikanae beach, three blocks from great cafes and a short walk from a bakery. I had family join me for a month and they, too, thought the place was great. Very comfortable. Good beds. And a sleep out area that was used as an office but also had comfortable beds. The host was very accommodating and was quick to correspond to questions. I would stay again Kim a heartbeat.
