Casa De Servi

We had the entire top floor of this beautiful old house. It has been lovingly restored and maintained and had many lovely features, such as exposed beams and natural stone walling. The rooms are spacious and, although we were only two, it would comfortably accommodate a family. The level of equipment in the kitchen is sufficient for preparation of meals, with a 4- burner gas hob and a small combi oven/ microwave/ toaster. There is also a spacious fridge and small freezer. The best feature of this property, however, is the host, Stefano. What a charming fellow! He went out of his way to help us and made our stay special.

This isn't a negative, but it should be noted that the old town is about 25-30 mins walk along a road which has no footpath in parts. The railway station, handy for Pisa and Florence trains, is about 15-20 minutes walk.

De ontvangst door Stefano. Stefano is enorm vriendelijk. Wij waren eerder en mochten het appartement al in. Er stond een fles wijn en een fles water klaar. Het appartement is ruim. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers, alles op een authentieke manier ingericht 😍. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, tot en met aan badjassen toe. Je kunt lekker eten id een spelletje doen aan de grote tafel. Heel fijn. Met de auto ben je zo bij een grote supermarkt en ook het oude centrum is maar iets van 10 minuten rijden.

Het is op dit moment enorm warm in Italië. Zo ook in het appartement. Hier konden de ventilatoren niet tegenop.

Veldig fin leilighet med store fine rom, anbefales på det sterkeste, beliggenheten er super for å gå turer i nydelige omgivelser:-) Vertskapet var helt fantastiske og vi fikk en god lokal vin som velkomstgave:-)
