Nice apartment, very clean, good condition, 3. floor without a lift. RECOMMENDED

Nice apartment with 2 big rooms with a a double bed each and a big living room. They had a capsule coffee machine and put some 20 capsules in a basket. It is on the 4. floor of an old typical tuscan building in a suburb of Luca. Parking available directly in front of the door. It's beside a street but not much traffic. Car should be parked good there but anyway the location is kind of departed of the main city. It would be better to park behind the fence in the backyard and not close by the street. Apartment was very clean. Shower was hot. We were really comfortable. 10 minutes by car to Lucca centro storico. If you travel by car it's a goos place. Without a car way to far from the action in Lucca. I would definitely come back. Good value for a family of two couples.

A superb apartment hosted by a delightful family. Definitely recommended!!

Elena met us and gave us all the information to help make our stay relaxing. A superb bottle of wine was also much appreciated.As well, Stefano drove us into town on several occasions and on leaving with our luggage, to train station.

We initially planned to have a hire car, but didn't eventuate. The walk to centre was easy enough, but not always a footpath.A bonus for staying outside centre was the walkable distance to the amazing aquaduct

Not a Blue Monday

Visited Lucca Festival to see New Order, stayed here at this great apartment. Spacious and cool place, short walk to center of Lucca. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and with parking. Can’t fault it or the hosts!

Such a lovely apartment: very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The owners are so friendly, and they thought about the small, but great things: a bottle of wine when we arrived, a thing against mosquitos, coffee and they wanted to drive us to a free parking near the city. The best stay if you want to visit Lucca!

Struttura a 5 minuti di auto dal centro storico, ottima zona strategica e molto tranquilla. Appartamento curato e pulito e host super disponibile e accogliente. È già la seconda volta che soggiorniamo a Casa De Servi e sicuramente ci torneremo. Assolutamente consigliato!

Séjour très agréable et calme à un jet de pierre de Lucca. Logement à recommander.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire très sympathique. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et confortables. La cuisine et le salon également avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour les repas.

Zamilujete si krásné ubytování a majitele Stefano.

Úžasné místo k ubytování. Majitel Stefano na nás čekal ,vše vysvětlil,poskytl informace k možnosti návštěvy restaurací,památek v Lucca. Na stole byla připravena láhev vína a vody na uvítání. Osobně nás večer zavezl a domluvil možnost večeře v místní maličké vesnické restauraci. Tato byla od ubytování ve vzdálenost 600 m. Druhý den ráno jel s námi do Lucca a ukázal nám parkování vedle centra za levný poplatek a hlavně bez dopravních zácp. Apartmán byl neskutečně čistý a voňavý.

A szállás tökéletes helyen van, ízléses, tiszta, kényelmes, jól felszerelt konyhával, ingyenes parkolási lehetöséggel. Nagyon meg voltunk elégedve. A tulajdonosok ūveg finom borral, kávéval és vízzel vártak, személyesen elvezetett a tulajdonos egy centrum közeli, olcsó parkolóhoz. Kedvesek voltak nagyon. Mindenkinek ajánlom.
