Had a fantastic week and will definitely return.

The location was great for all the local amenities and even better if you're a steam train enthusiast. It was fresh and welcoming and the beds were really comfortable.

A broom to sweep the balcony would be a good idea. There was a pool of water on the balcony and a lot of dirt from the roof, including the dust from the coal. It's hard to avoid treading it onto the carpet, a daily sweep of the balcony would prevent this.

An excellent week with good weather, great location and accommodation.

Excellent location overlooking harbour and being right next to famous steam railway. Fantastic picture window providing exceptional views and also the balcony when the sun is out. A really great base to walk into town and shops (and get on the steam trains!).

Excellent accommodation in an ideal location.

In a perfect location in Porthmadog, next to the harbour with the Steam Railway right on the doorstep. It was fun watching the coal being loaded onto the trains right outside the window. Home from home, very comfortable and clean accommodation. My photos show the view from inside the living area, plus the outside of the property, which is on South Snowdon Wharf, a complex of similar buildings. Inside leads you to a hallway with a double bedroom, plus a single bedroom, together with bathroom with shower over bath on the ground floor. Plenty of storage and plug sockets, and windows that could be opened. Hair dryer available. Upstairs the kitchen/diner/living area. Saucepans/cutlery etc all available to use. Tea/coffee/salt/pepper, the basics were there if you needed them. Milk and butter were available in the fridge, and the Welsh cakes were a nice touch. Outside a large clean balcony with tables, chairs (including reclining chairs if needed) available to use. Sun in the afternoon. Lots of places to eat in the lovely little town of Porthmadog. Plenty of shops of all varieties, birdwatching nearby and along the Cob, all walking distance. Quite flat in the immediate area. Great base for Snowdon National Park. Although we never saw the owner, he was always helpful if we contacted him. Can highly recommend.

Great holiday location

Fantastic location with the harbour view from lounge window plus the steam train right outside!!!!!! If you love steam trains you'll love this!!!! Shops are easy access and plenty of places to eat outside if one wishes to treat themselves!

It was very clean and comfortable, with lovely views over the harbour. The kitchen had Everything you needed nice bedroom comfy bed.. would definitely go back. Decking Outside with table and chairs .

If we stayed where I booked it would have been a great holiday

The location is great,

Not the property I booked, it was not Clean . The bathroom was filthy along with the rest of the apartment, fire escape was tied off. It smelled musky and the carpets were dirty

Good value for money.

Great location, good basic facilities and modern kitchen area.

Cold on arrival due to remotely controlled heating system having been turned off by persons unknown! Could be cleaner in bathroom area, more modern bedding would be nice.

Nice, clean apartment and good location.

Good, quiet location. Perfect for 3 people. Nice and clean apartment. There was everything in the kitchen and even more than we expected, from nice plates to wine glasses. Pub (Spooners) few minutes away if you are bored in the evening.
