Lovely big apartment in great location.

It was a great location - easy walking distance to the waterfront and Heritage Railway station that we wanted to go to. Next to restaurants and the main shopping centre. Clean, excellent kitchen with good supplies of tea and coffee. Washing machine. Walk in shower. Easy to contact owner about any issues. Very spacious. Good wifi. Has been recently refurbished so was very nice and relaxing for the 2 nights we were there. Plenty of room on street outside to park our car.

It was a 2 storied apartment with the bedrooms, toilet and bathroom up a steep flight of stairs. We feel this should be mentioned in the description as it means carting cases upstairs and frequent use of the stairs. It wouldnt be suitable for anybody that isnt mobile. Also it had a double bed! Which we are not used to! It was 2 bedrooms tho so we could spread out into a bed in the spare room. Can be hard to tell from a description what size the beds actually are.

Comfortable, clean, well set up cottage

Very clean, well set out and comfortable cottage, well located close to Main Street but quiet neighbourhood at night during our stay. Getting a park on street near cottage was tricky initially but we soon got one outside front door when space opened up. Had everything we needed for our short stay with well set up kitchen, comfortable bed, excellent shower, spacious bathroom. Being a terrace home, there is set of steep stairs to get to bedrooms/bathroom but not a problem for us. Easy communication with Glenda who was quick to respond to any needs.

Well located, beautifully decorated and well equipped cottage. Highly recommend!

Loved the beautiful decor in this clean, and centrally located cottage. The shower was wonderful and the towels were oversized and luxurious! This is a spacious cottage with everything you would want. The kitchen was very nice and modern. We liked being able to use the washing machine. There is a drying rack. This is very centrally located in Porthmadog, close to shops, restaurants, Tesco and public transit. Everything was easily walked to. The owner was quick with responses to questions and we were able to check in early which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay, great little house and location.

Very good renovation to this house, very clean, tidy, nice furnishings and comfortable. Finished to a good standard with everything to make use of in the nice bright kitchen. Good location, metres from the high street, shops, bakeries , cafés, pubs, restaurants and easy walking to 3 large supermarkets. Great for visiting all the pretty area. Nice walks and trails easily from your doorstep eg. Moel y Gest through the woodland up to the peak and wonderful views over Porth. and out to sea and the estuary. Glenda the host was lovely very friendly and helpful, good communication. We very much enjoyed our stay.

As the lounge is north facing it doesn't get much sun so could feel alittle chilling, we were there early Sept so not central heating weather yet 😉, lovely wooden laminate flooring throughout the ground floor but maybe a few more of the nice blue rugs would help with the cosiness. Not a criticism, just a suggestion. There is parking along both sides of the wide road, however few spaces available along there as the road is residential so is full alot of the time especially evenings when everyone is home. Just something to bear in mind as Porth. Is a bustling town.

Perfect location, house and host

Perfect location. Immaculately clean. Very comfortable. Less than 5 minutes walk to town with take aways, bistros, marina and pubs but quiet street. Lovely hour coastal walk too. Super clean. Attention to detail with decor was good too

Beautiful cottage in the heart of Porthmadog.

The cottage is a beautifully renovated, traditional cottage situated in the heart of Porthmadog. You can reach everything by foot. The cottage was nice, clean, tidy, cosy and well equipped. The contact to the owner was very uncomplicated and friendly.

The parking is on the street and it is a bit of luck, but we always found a space.

The house was clean, very well presented and in a great location. The host was also incredibly friendly and helpful, and provided excellent communication throughout our stay

Although we didn’t have an issue with it while there it’s a bit of shame there isn’t a dedicated parking space, however as it’s a terraced house that’s understandable.

Perfect starting point for a North Wales trip

Very roomy. Had laundry facilities as well as cooking facilities. Well located close to the village and was nice and clean.

No milk to make a cup of coffee. No information about what products to use in the laundry. No power points in bathroom. No full length mirror in the house. All small things but they combine regarding enjoyment of the premises.

Location - both in terms of closeness to town amenities as well as the general area, kitchen facilities, shower especially in bathroom, TV large screen, comfortable couches and garden furniture. Cool on hot days yet always warm enough. Owner easy to contact and very helpful.

A coffee table or similar would have been useful in the living room, but really that is just nitpicking.

The newly renovated cottage is in an excellent location close to the railway station for the steam trains and near Tesco for shopping. Parking is free and easy. Although close to the town centre it is very quiet at night.

Perfect location for walking into town, and for visiting Portmeirion and the heritage railways. Very clean and comfortable property with all you need. Lovely fluffy towels, fabulous shower room and comfy beds.

A coffee table or nest of tables in the sitting room is needed so you have somewhere to put coffee cup. No live tv, only satellite channels. Riser clamp on shower broken.
