Two-Story Oceanfront Cancun Penthouse with 4 Bedrooms and Caribbean Views
Penthouse 2701 offers approximately 3,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space across two levels.
The oceanfront corner location provides sweeping Caribbean views through floor-to-ceiling windows.
This vacation rental is designed for families and groups wanting to stay together instead of booking separate hotel rooms.
Penthouse Layout
The main level includes:
• Oceanview living room with floor-to-ceiling windows
• Dining area for shared meals
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Large private terrace
• Powder room
• Laundry room
• Queen bedroom with private bathroom
Upstairs, three primary suites are provided. Each suite includes a king bed, private bathroom, and hot tub.
Views extend across the Caribbean Sea and Nichupté Lagoon. However, the primary view faces directly toward the ocean.
A Private Penthouse Within a Beachfront Resort
Penthouse 2701 is located on the seventh and eighth floors of the resort’s central tower.
Guests receive the privacy and space of a vacation rental with access to a beachfront resort setting.
Resort amenities include:
• Direct beach access
• Swimming pools and sun deck
• Loungers and umbrellas
• Gated security and a staffed lobby
• Fitness and spa facilities
• Restaurants and bars
• Tour and activity services
Resort amenities and operating schedules remain controlled by the resort and may change.
Optional All-Inclusive Access
The resort’s all-inclusive program is optional for penthouse guests.
Participation can be selected for individual days and purchased directly through the resort.
Current pricing and availability should be confirmed because the program is independently operated by the resort.
Guests may also prepare meals inside the penthouse or visit nearby restaurants.

The penthouse includes private Wi-Fi, a reverse-osmosis drinking water system, and in-unit laundry facilities.

This place far above our expectations. The care team Checkws in when he needed their help and we felt very safe. I can’t rate them appropriately- this place was easy 10/10! Our bartenders keep the vibes going Rodriguz&Enrique best on the bag!
