Zona tranquila y segura. Es una construccion antigua, tiene sus detalles pero también mucho encanto. La vista al mar en el patio y la piscina son soñados. Es ideal para ir con movilidad, está muy cerca el Ferry para cruzar con el vehículo a la Isla Mujeres y recorrerla de manera independiente. El administrador muy pendiente de todo. Es alejada de la zona hotelera, pero en nuestro caso fue una ventaja.
Tiene detalles constructivos al ser una propiedad antigua, pero se ven mejoras que se han implementado y que están en proceso continuo de evolución. El administrador, una excelente persona, estuvo pendiente ante cualquier inquietud o inconveniente nuestro.

It was lovely to have a private beach (shared only with a couple of other renters) and the place had a very chilled, relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The host, Alex, was extremely helpful and accommodating.

The hosts were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Loved the private beach. The house was okay, but needed some renovations.
I wish there was a full length mirror and there was a horrible smell from the water in the toilet. Lots of ants as well.

It is on the ocean with a beautiful sandy beach. Some palm trees create a bit of shade. It looks over to Isla Mujeres. It is away from the busy streets of Cancun and the Hotel ally. The owner Alex is on site and able to help you anytime. He is quick to respond to issues.
It is far away from food and you have to get transportation to anything. He is in the process of making slow changes to the place.
