About this villa rental
Enjoy a 5 star luxury stay in a waterfront Villa Patron right in the center of the hotel zone just 10 minute drive to downtown Cancun or the club district featuring:
- 4 master suites with en suite bathroom
- Built in flatscreen TVs in every suite
- Private gym with sauna
- 2 pools (1 in backyard and lap pool on roof)
- Boat dock with palapa and surround speaker system
Our Villa Patron is the perfect option for those that want the privacy of their own villa that a 5 star hotel cannot supply while having the same amenities. The Villa features daily housekeeping services (included in the cleaning fee), and dedicated concierge to help plan your Cancun vacation.
The living area features a giant 82inch screen with Apple TV, Bose sound bar system, and central AC. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with juicer, and amenities fit to prep a proper meal for large groups. The villa is very secure with 2 car garage and a gate that locks to prevent entry into the garage where the main entrance to the Villa is. Also every night from 9pm -5am we have a security guard outside to ensure our guests feel safe.
The grand master suite is on the top level of the villa keep it separate and private from the rest of the house. If the 92 inch flat screen TV in lounge area is not enough, the full movie theater room across the hall with 150 inch move screen with projector and surround sound system may suffice!
The master bath features a inside shower with tropical rain forest style shower head or you can open a door and enjoy a shower outside! There is also a private patio with lounge furniture overlooking the view of the bay and backyard!
Also just one floor up is the private rooftop with day beds to lay out and a lap pool!
On the 2nd level are 3 master suites for guests all with en suite bathrooms and large walk in closets. The 2nd level also features the private gym with high end equipment, full bathroom, and a dry sauna!

The backyard also features the boat dock with palapa roof to enjoy the lounge area with hammock and swing while feeling the cool breeze off the bay and a full entertaining wet bar as well as a flatscreen tv.
This property does have a Good Neighbor policy which means quiet hours outside of the house, in the pool and dock area apply from 10pm to 7am

House comes with a Vip Concierge Service included in your stay whether its organizing gourmet chefs, luxury transportation to and from the airport or for private tours, yacht charter, spa treatments, fitness instructors, yoga, themed celebrations & much more.
Security:
Also to ensure the safety of our guests we have a night time security guard every night during your stay from 10pm- 6am.

My buddies and I had an unbelievable weekend at this house. Bethany was extremely easy to communicate and coordinate events with before we arrived. Once we were there, everything went so smooth. She had great recommendations for us. The chefs Jonatan and Paula cooked us amazing meals all weekend and were extremely friendly. Hands down a 10 out of 10!

This place is incredible. Group of 9 of us stayed at the Villa in February, Bethany and the entire staff were amazing!!! Bethany made this trip so easy, helped organize everything for us, truly the best. Can't say enough good things about our experience. I would recommend this place to anyone. 5 star facilities, 5 star staff. So much better than staying at a huge resort with all the same perks. 1000% would go back and 1000% recommend!!

Our group of 11 was debating between staying at a rental property or an all inclusive resort. We would 100% recommend staying at this villa, as every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The host, Bethany, reached out in advance of the trip to help answer questions and provide recommendations. Once we arrived, she helped with setting up transportation and booking dinners, all while making herself readily available in case we needed anything or had any questions.
Outside of Bethany, the rest of the staff was also phenomenal from chefs, to cleaners, to the security guard working the night shift. All were super friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend the chef service - we let them know which meals we wanted and they took care of the rest at a reasonable price. Both dinner and breakfast was great.
Overall, the villa was large, clean, and only a short trip from the hotel zone strip of bars and restaurants. The gym and sauna were a big plus that we loved using to get our mornings started. Can't wait to visit and stay here again!
