About this villa rental
Property in the Belle Epoque style located in a quiet area surrounded by parklands (Parcs continental and Mero).
It overlooks the Bay of Cannes with exceptional panoramic view of the Lérins islands, the Suquet hill and the old port, just 10 minutes' walk from the town centre (shops, Forville Provencal market, Palais des Festivals, Croisette) and beaches.
With a generous floor area of 280 m², it opens onto a well-maintained south-facing garden.
The swimming pool (12mx3.5m) and teak terrace invite you to bathe and relax.
It is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 10 people.
The villa consists of 3 levels and a basement:
Ground floor:
The main entrance opens onto a corridor with a beautiful marble fireplace and a glass roof.
The living room is spacious. With its large south-facing windows, it opens onto the garden, swimming pool and a beautiful teak terrace. It comprises a large, recently renovated living room (equipped with large-screen TV and Bluetooth sound system) and a salon under the bow window offering breathtaking view over the Bay of Cannes.
The kitchen is well equipped and you can sit in the dining room around the large wooden table that seats up to 8 people.
A separate office room, which can sleep 2 people if required, and a guest toilet complete the ground floor.
1st floor:
A first bedroom with a superb sea view has a double bed and a dressing room and opens onto a lovely terrace and a balcony. For your comfort, it has a fully equipped bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
A second bedroom with a view over Cannes and its islands has a double bed, a shower and a charming balcony.
A third bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together and a shower.
A separate toilet is also located on the 1st floor.
2nd floor:
A fourth bedroom with a king-size bed and a sea view and a fifth bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together complete the villa's sleeping accommodation.
This floor has a bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
