This beautiful Andalusian villa offers a spacious accommodation, a summer lounge, a terrace and a swimming pool in a completely independent property. This peaceful and idyllic place offers an incredible view and sublime sunsets. The villa counts approximately 95m ² and offers all the usual conveniences you need for your pleasant stay... Near the shops, the beaches and the main points of interests, it is the ideal place to discover and visit the heart of amazing Andalusia!
Not only you can take advantage of the sun from all the terraces but until the last ray of sun light. You are surrounded by a 360° impressive panorama towards the sea and of the valley as well as the mountain Maroma (2065m). When the sky is clear you can see the African coast across the sea! Mountain rocks can turn to the red/pink at sunset in the spring and mountain top is covered by the snow during the winter. Our brand new lounge outside allows you to relax all day and to take advantage of the Milky Way view during the night.
This beautiful villa is situated in the zone protected called Axarquia, which is the heart of the Sierra Tejeda and is situated east of Málaga, on the Costa del Sol. A few neighbours live nearby so it is not isolated, but the property stay very calm. It is really a peaceful place to take advantage of the best climate in Europe all year round. A track leads to the property (3,5 km). This one goes down towards the valley of Vélez-Málaga (7km or up to the road of Canillas (2km). This track is maintained well all year long, is passable in complete safety with a normal car.
You can find the closest services to Canillas de Aceituno (10 minutes by car): supermarcados, a pharmacy, some bars and restaurants... There are also larger stores just a little lower in the valley (20 minutes by car). In only 30 minutes of the house, the big El Ingenio shopping mall offers a wide range of businesses, services and products, as well as cinemas, beaches, etc.... Intended for the tourists as well as for them of the autochthons, you can buy authentic souvenirs there as well as international brands.
The beaches of Torre Del Mar are rather close (20 minutes by car). But the strategic location of the villa is fact also the ideal starting point to visit the most attractive places, including Málaga, Grenada, Córdoba, Nerja, Motril, Almería, Marbella, ... Canillas of Aceituno is itself of the Moorish villages on the "Route mudéjar", the treasure of the architecture and the culture of Axarquia. Other tourist routes pass nearby and are all scenic ways to take advantage of local interests: vineyards, lawyers, olives and the oil, and the wine , etc.
The airport of Málaga is one hour drive (65 km). It is necessary to have a car to reach the villa, but also to take advantage completely and discover this exceptional region.

Casa Soleada was everything we expected it to be and much more. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and it was a home from home. The views are magical and it is so peaceful! The owners communications prior to visiting were so helpful with information on everything to see and do and where to shop and the best places to eat. The checking in process was simple and made easy by helpful communications from the villa manager based nearby. We were really sad to leave but it was by far the best villa we have ever stayed in and incredibly relaxing!

Los días que hemos pasado en la casa han sido inolvidables. La tranquilidad, las vistas, la piscina..., todo perfecto. El acceso a la casa es un camino que al principio parece complicado pero te acabas acostumbrando. La atención y comunicación tanto con Vicent como los anfitriones, Caroline y Malcolm, es perfecta. Sin duda la recomendaré a amigos y conocidos, y seguramente volveremos. Recomendable cien por cien.

This is our second time in this lovely villa , and had a lovely time as always and looking forward already to be back again next year All in all just the perfect place to spend your holiday if you want a place away from it all , and the superb sunset every night is an extra bonus Cant praise it enough!
