About this house rental

Detached single-family home in a quiet location on a 7,000 m² lot.
The house is situated in the foothills of the Sierra Tejeda-Almijara mountains. The last section of the road—approximately 2 km—is unpaved when coming from Arenas. It is a typical Spanish mountain road with wild and romantic views. For experienced drivers, this road poses no problems. It is passable in a standard passenger car. From all sides, you can admire the beautiful mountain panorama with olive and almond trees, as well as mango plantations. We believe this location is the best option between the mountains and the sea. On the one hand, you can enjoy the peace and quiet away from the tourist crowds, but you’re also not too far away to dive into the hustle and bustle if you’d like.
A large 10 x 5 m pool (approx. 2.20 m deep) invites you to relax. During the summer months, you can also prepare your meals in the outdoor kitchen. There you’ll find a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a microwave. A gas grill is available for enjoying a lovely evening barbecue.

We had a wonderful month it was a beautiful property with amazing views and everything you need for your stay. The drive up the mountain did take a little bit to get used to but we'll worth it. One of the showers did stop working in the first week and unfortunately did not get fixed but I think that is just Spain, it would have been nice to have the pool cleaned once a week but it was a lovely size and very warm we all enjoyed it as it was very hot and I do think it would benefit from air-conditioning

Amazing house, pool and multiple areas to sit and relax and enjoy the incredible views. The house had everything you needed to make it feel like home and the gas barbecue was a bonus. The location manager was very friendly, polite and efficient. Can't really find anything negative to say and it is certainly on our list of places we would go back to. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property"

A beautiful place, with all you need to have a relaxing vacation. Lovely pool and the house is fully equipet and makes your stay reall comfortable.The drive up and off the moutan can be a challenge fir some people but not for us! We lived every minute of our stay.

We stayed very recently in this wonderful villa. We have never stayed in a villa which has had so much equipment and resources, it has everything you could ever need, including an outside kitchen and dining area. The villa is spotless and the pool was outstanding, the manager came and serviced the pool to ensure it remained clean and hygienic throughout our two week stay. We were a little concerned that because the villa did not have air conditioning units we would be too hot, but I can honestly say the numerous electric fans did an amazing job and we should not have been concerned. The communication between parties was very efficient and the setting of the villa is so secluded and quiet. Perfect for a relaxing holiday soaking up the sun, swimming and watching the eagles fly over head. The road up to the villa is not for the faint hearted but the more times you drive it the easier it becomes overall if you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is the villa to book!!!!
