L'Arboleu de Traspeña are two charming independent apartments "El Ablanu" and "El Carbayu" with private Jacuzzi in the room and a wood burning fireplace in the dining room that invite you to rest and tranquility that you are looking for.

The house is located in a small village of medium mountain, with lots of leisure activities nearby (bicycle, routes, horse, museums, etc.) and on the other hand ideal to enjoy the tranquility and silence offered by nature Asturian
Located in the Natural Park "Las Ubiñas la Mesa" declared by Unesco "Reserve of the Biosphere". Nature in its purest form. The views of the Asturian central massif from the house are impressive.
Although the apartments are rehabilitated and there are houses in the town that also, the old still endures in all of it, so when walking through the town there is at the same time a unique ethnographic tour, where you can see the houses with the stables and the utensils that until a few years ago the villagers used in their chores, all without belonging to a museum, but the people themselves are like that.
As is also the cuisine of the area, famous for its seasonal dishes such as hunting - boar - or pot, made with local products.
On the other hand, we are 15 minutes from Oviedo and the central belt of the Principality with highways and good county roads, which makes it possible to visit any part of the province comfortably.

El apartamento nos ha encantado, muy equipado y decorado con mucho gusto, no le falta de nada, ni menaje, sábanas, mantas, toallas, hasta copas para tomar vino,...
Muy buen trato, no éramos capaces de encender la barbacoa y nos trajeron pastillas de encendido, fue todo un detalle, hasta nos ayudaron a encender el fuego.
El entorno espectacular y las vistas del apartamento preciosas, además muy bien ubicados, la senda del oso está a 5 minutos en coche, eso si, con muy poca cobertura, aunque había internet por lo que nos podíamos comunicar por whatsapp.
La propietaria Mari Carmen estuvo muy atenta y nos envió información sobre las rutas de la zona y de los mejores restaurantes, muy útil.
La experiencia ha sido inmejorable. Sin duda repetiremos, hemos salido encantados.
