About this cottage rental
The rural apartments Ca´ La Roza, with 3 keys, are located in the southern part of the town council of Grado, in the heart of Asturias. In the middle of the mountain area, its extraordinary and exuberant landscapes make this area ideal for rest and direct contact with our most authentic nature.
The last three km. The road ascends between a forest of chestnut trees and ancient oaks that form a spectacular green tunnel over it, during spring, summer and autumn.
These are three vertical apartments located in a rural stone house with more than 300 years old, which has been restored according to the traditional architecture of the area, leaving the stone walls visible and using chestnut and oak woods - native trees par excellence - respectfully retaining all its character, combined with the demands and comforts of today's life.
It has been furnished with antique furniture restored by its owner, after many hours of work.

Hemos estado yo y mi familia desde el domingo 28 de julio al 2 de agosto . No podemos estar más contentos.m con la casa y su anfitriona .
La casa está muy bien ubicada y tiene todos los servicios necesarios y más que necesarios . Lavadora , secadora , plancha, ropa de cama , de ducha etc
Nos ha sorprendido muchísimo la cantidad de detalles por parte de la anfitriona. Leche , pan de molde y mantequilla para desayunar , toallitas para la ducha , café, aceite , gel de baño , papel higiénico, todo lo necesario para hacer una barbacoa ( faltaba solo la carne , jejeje) etc . Nunca había estado en una casa con tantos detalles .
Sobre Pilar que decir , muy amable atenta y servicial. Ha sido un lujo contar con ella. Muchas gracias Pilar
