This wonderful apartment is located in Villamayor (Piloña), just a stone’s throw from National Highway N-634, from where you can visit the most beautiful spots in Piloña and all of Eastern Asturias.
The Dacarreda Apartment is situated in one of the most culturally rich regions in all of Eastern Asturias, with a strong rural tradition and a wide variety of culinary offerings. It’s the perfect destination for those looking to connect with nature while still being well-connected, allowing them to travel comfortably to any part of Asturias. However, in Villamayor you’ll find attractions such as the Chorrón Waterfall and the unique Church of Santa María, and it’s also very close to the town of Infiesto, where you’ll find a variety of services and things to do.
LAYOUT AND AMENITIES OF THE DACARREDA APARTMENT:
The Dacarreda apartment is located in a residential building on the main road in Villamayor; it is on the second floor without an elevator, but the flights of stairs are very easy to navigate. It was completely renovated in 2025 to provide maximum comfort and convenience for a pleasant stay.
As for the interior of the apartment, it features a comfortable and simple layout: a spacious living-dining room with a chaise longue and a large TV; a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, refrigerator, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, range hood, Italian coffee maker, all kitchenware, and small appliances.
There is also a half-bath, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with twin beds.
The apartment is equipped with new electric radiators throughout, and sheets and towels are provided at no additional cost; a crib can be requested if needed (please check availability and surcharges in advance).
Pets are allowed upon request for a supplement of 5 euros per pet per night, with a maximum of 2 pets.
