About this cottage rental
The rural apartments Ca' La Roza, with 3 keys, are located in the southern part of the council of Grado, in the heart of Asturias. In the middle of the mountain area, its extraordinary and exuberant landscapes make this area ideal for rest and direct contact with our most authentic nature.
The last three kilometers the road ascends between a forest of chestnut trees and centennial oaks that form on it a spectacular green tunnel, during the spring, summer and autumn.
It is a question of three apartments in vertical located in a rural house of stone with more than 300 years of antiquity, that has been restored according to the traditional architecture of the zone, leaving the stone walls seen and using wood of chestnut and oak - native trees par excellence-, respectfully retaining all their character, conjugated with the demands and comforts of modern life.
It has been furnished with antique furniture restored by its owner, after many hours of work.

We had a very nice and quiet stay in Casa del Rozas. We were lucky because we were the only ones so the nice terras was all for us.
Maybe our good feelings about the place would be a little less because due the the wooden floors you could hear one and other quiet well.
The house is very carefull restored with good eye for details!
We loved the quietness of the land, the smooth cowbells in the backyard and no more then peaceful silence.
In a small hour drive there is the beautiful city of Oviedo and backwards 1 hour drive the beautiful National Park of Somiedo where you can make very nice hikes.
Also a trip along the coast is very nice to do.
We loved our stay!
Small remark: we are used to a bed of 180 cm, the major bedroom had one of 135 cm because of the sizes of the room. It was very cosy but also something we weren't accostumed anymore😀.

Estuvimos en el finde del Pilar mi marido, yo y nuestras dos mascotas, estuvimos en la Cuadra. Nos ha encantado! a la casa no le falta detalle, tiene absolutamente de todo y resulta súper confortable, tiene calor de hogar. El entorno una pasada, si quieres tranquilidad y relax éste es el sitio ideal, nuestras perritas disfrutaron muchísimo y nosotros también. Pilar y Óscar súper encantadores y atentos, os damos las gracias nuevamente. Una casa de diez en un entorno de diez.
