L'Arboleu de Traspeña are two charming independent apartments "El Ablanu" and "El Carbayu" with private Jacuzzi in the room and a wood burning fireplace in the dining room that invite you to rest and tranquility that you are looking for.

The house is located in a small village of medium mountain, with lots of leisure activities nearby (bicycle, routes, horse, museums, etc.) and on the other hand ideal to enjoy the tranquility and silence offered by nature Asturian
Located in the Natural Park "Las Ubiñas la Mesa" declared by Unesco "Reserve of the Biosphere". Nature in its purest form. The views of the Asturian central massif from the house are impressive.
Although the apartments are rehabilitated and there are houses in the town that also, the old still endures in all of it, so when walking through the town there is at the same time a unique ethnographic tour, where you can see the houses with the stables and the utensils that until a few years ago the villagers used in their chores, all without belonging to a museum, but the people themselves are like that.
As is also the cuisine of the area, famous for its seasonal dishes such as hunting - boar - or pot, made with local products.
On the other hand, we are 15 minutes from Oviedo and the central belt of the Principality with highways and good county roads, which makes it possible to visit any part of the province comfortably.

Fue la primera vez que me he ido de finde rural y tanto atención como estancia ha sido excelente. Todo cuidado al detalle y limpio. La casera muy atenta para cualquier necesidad. El pueblo sólo tiene 22 habitantes y para desconectar es perfecto. A 10min en coche está el pueblito donde puedes comprar cualquier necesidad. Y la casa no podría estar mejor distribuida. En medio año, vuelvo. Sin duda. Un 11 de 10.

Lo hemos pasado muy bien. Es una zona muy tranquila, Marián y Margarita nos atendieron bien, y la lista de recomendaciones de Mari Carmen fue muy útil.

Lo mejor de asturias concentrado en un pueblo con un encanto unico. Con gente acogedora y maravillosa con la que aprenderas( si quieres y eres curioso) la vida en la aldea. La casa impecable, con gusto y en un enclave espectacular. Lo mejor las butacas de enfrente de la cristalera ,con unas vistas unicas. Marian, la persona encargada de cuidar toda la casa,es encantadora,acogedora y unica.todo lo cuida con detalle y hace que lo que le pidas sea facil para ella. Sus comidas estan buenisimas,casera y de calidad. Merece la pena. Su trato nos hizo la estancia mucho mas agradable y nos acercó un monton a los paisanos de santa maria y a todo el entorno en el q se encuentra la casa. Es la mejor. La casa tiene todas las comodidades y la chimenea para los amantes del calorcito sea la temporada que sea,es perfecta. Compra viveres antes de llegar al pueblo y la bebida subiros al bar que es encantador y se esta muy agusto.

La casa está en una aldeita en medio de la montaña en Somiedo y solo las vistas con las que te levantas merece la pena. Además, la anfitriona se preocupó mucho por nosotros y es muy atenta. Lo recomiendo.
