About this cottage rental
Amenities: • Oil fired central heating with additional heating from the open fire in the sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer (utility room), TV, Wi-fi access, DVD, CD etc. Library of books/games. Fuel & power inc. in rent. Initial supply of fuel for open fire supplied. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Covered parking for one car, further private parking for up to 3 cars.
• South-facing enclosed garden with flagged patio and lawn area.
• with furniture and BBQ. Shops 5miles. Pub 1 mile. The cottage is reached by a steep winding single road initially (kept open in the winter by the locals unless the severest of conditions). The last half mile is down a concrete road and is a little tricky to manouver in certain parts but is perfectly accessible for most normal family cars. Please note, drainage is to a septic tank.
