Great location close to the ferry terminal. Quiet street looking across the water to Cumbrae. Very generous supply of tea/coffee etc.
No major issues. Some refurbishment needed but that is a minor negative.

The proximity to the town centre and the view of cumbrae and arran. The host Seona was excellent and we were able to share old memories of Largs.
Breakfast was exceptional although neither of us had the cooked breakfast, there was plenty of fruit and yoghurts.
My only concern nowadays is about fire safety it is an older property and I am not sure about standards

Pleasant location
