Luxury Apartment Riva with a magnificient view

This property has the most amazing view of Split sea view. Location was excellent, almost all the historical Locations are next door. Truly awesome location. We love going back soon again.

We love it all but if you have mobility issues, the property has no elevator.

Apartment was very comfortable and in an amazing location. The windows were all double glazed ensuring there was no noise from the below restaurants or frontage. Was very clean and had all the equipment and utensils needed for a few days stay. The view from the lounge windows was great much like sitting on a balcony. Windows view attached. The communication was excellent and very flexible. Would strongly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic location next to Diocletions Palace and of course on the Riva esplanade with a beautiful view of everything that's going on in a busy harbour port. Triple glazing was great for silencing any noise when you wanted peace and quiet. Good strong hot shower. Kitchen had everything you needed, toiletries,towels being supplied was good. Air-conditioning was very good.

The bedding was a little disappointing, we were given two small bedding sheets instead of one kingsize that fitted the whole mattress, pillows were comfortable though.

The location was great. It was right on the Riva in split.

There was a problem with our bus being late because of a traffic jam. I phoned the host who diverted me to his son. After his son talked to me he palmed the place off to his mother. After 3 different Whats app numbers I finally got the host. She showed us to the property and told us about a neighbour who keeps locking a door to the apartments. We got locked out a few times from our apartment foyer. There where 3 - 4 people outside trying to get to there apartments as well and they had no host.It seemed like they got the cash and that was it. No service. We were not the only ones either. Our passports where put on WhatsApp and we were told to put them on and then we would get the information about the keys. Kind of like emotional bribery.
