Middle house is just a beautiful hotel maybe the best we’ve stayed in! The staff were friendly, the food choice was excellent ! Our room was very big with great views

Travelled to Askrigg by Van , with my motorcycle in the back to visit Excellent warm reception , the hotel was very well kept with most furniture like new , wonderful decor in very good order , room was on second floor so had a free exercise period each time , very quiet, nice and warm with fully adjustable radiator giving out very good heat in the bedroom and bathroom, with was a nice size and nicely decorated. Very good shower ,immediate hot water , lovely comfortable and warm bed . Breakfast was perfect with buffet area for cereals , fruit , yogurts and porridge available to order , choice of full breakfast , vegan , or combinations of eggs , beans , salmon and all cooked to perfection, thank you .
Very well located for the butter tub pass , Tern hill inn, Ribbledale viaduct, Wensleydale creamery (excellent cheese and demonstration of cheese making) had a visit to The station , watched the film Mothers Pride , fantastic scenery , lovely people , thank you

Expect a friendly welcome from all staff and warm and cosy rooms. Lots of space for dogs in the bar & a separate dining area too. Enjoyed the Askrigg Ale!
Breakfast is lovely - lots of choice with local produce. Highly recommend

Safe free parking. Craig and John were very helpful. The location is excellent. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Superb breakfast and nothing was too much trouble.c
I would not change anything and would certainly recommend it.
