The room was surprisingly big , facilities great and located perfectly! There was a lift to upper floors and we even had a small kitchen and lounge area. Impressive 👍

I ordered a large room When we arrived the staff couldn't find my booking or enter into the system They gave us a smaller room. The next morning we were asked to pay the difference between the larger one booked and the one we were given. They gave the impression of a chaotic team.. friendly but odd
