Excellent location, very helpful staff, great value breakfast. Be aware no lift so if you are in level 4, stairs to get up to reception then 4 flights of stairs to carry your luggage

The room was immaculate! So clean and spacious. The bathroom was so luxurious! The air conditioning saved the day in the heat wave. The breakfast was perfect to give you the fuel to start your day. Lots of stairs and no elevator but worth it! The balcony was beautiful and fun to watch down below. Wonderful restaurants nearby and so close to Livraria Lello. The staff was so helpful and supportive.
