    The hotel isself located at 2nd floor so you need to walk around 30 steps to the floor everytime u get in, there’s no elevator to there. Agoda stated that the room is with city view but end up the room is with no view. Location is perfect, steps to different tourist spot but the room is soso. No water kettle and you have to hand in the key everytime you are out, the bed is hard and you can heard people talk and shut the door in the morning.

    大型スーツケース持参、鉄道やメトロを使用するため駅近のホテルに素泊まりしました。 確認不足でしたが、レセプションまで階段で大型スーツケース持参は過酷で、たまたま居たスタッフの方が手伝ってくださり助かり、ただ宿泊フロアにはエレベーターがあり安心しました。 スタッフの方もみなさんフレンドリーで親切です。 お部屋は、清潔、日当たりがよかったですが、たまたまか、ブレーカーが落ちていたり、エアコンが壊れてたり、連泊しましたが、お掃除がされてなかったりと、不運にも何度もスタッフさんを呼ぶこととになりました。 ロケーションと日当たりはよかったです。

    For Senior Citizen this hotel is completely inappropriate. First you have to climb 27 steps before getting Elevator. For 27 steps for handicapped autostep machine is ther, but for this they required you should be 100% wheelchair patient. Staff does not help unless you plead very much for help. So Management should appoint one exclusive helper to help passengar and his luggage to carry up or down.
