About this apartment rental
Spacious and bright 110m2 apartment decorated with designer furniture throughout.
Large living room/dining room area with bay window. 2 double bedrooms leading to balcony and 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, work area and safe box.
The 2nd bedroom can be set up with EITHER 2 twin beds OR 1 queen size bed depending on the guests needs.
Centrally located, 1 block from Paseo de Gracia with its boutiques and restaurants, mercat de la Concepció (fresh food market just 2 blocks away), casa Batllò, la Pedrera etc.
Easy access to public transport, ideal for families, groups or professionals.
Fully equipped kitchen- safe box.
Stays of over 1 week include 1 weekly cleaning with change of bed linen and towels (Monday to Friday). Additional cleaning is possible, please enquire about the rates.
Have small children? Don't worry, we are happy to provide you with a high chair, baby cot, lamp and mixer for baby food for your little one during your stay. (there is a 90€ + VAT fee for the baby kit).
THE CITY OF BARCELONA IMPOSES A CITY TAX SIMILAR TO THOSE CHARGED BY HOTELS. THE RATE IS 2,48€ PER PERSON (OVER THE AGE OF 16) PER NIGHT FOR A MAXIMUM OF 7 NIGHTS. THIS WILL BE CHARGED AT CHECK IN.
There is a 30€ extra charge for late check ins (after 8pm).
Please be careful with the keys if you loose them there is a 100 € charge for each lost set of keys.

We stayed with a family of four in the apartment and loved it. The apartment is as captured very well in the pictures.
Communication with Heike was fast end effective. Heike is super nice and flexible.
