The location, comfortable apartment, spacious kitchen
Should be more blankets, newer towels, paper towel at kitchen, the air conditioner has a discontinuous noise sound, the curtain in the living room is very clear and doesn’t cover all window, the trash can in the bathroom has oxidation, should be hand soap and more toilet paper.

A beautiful apartment which make one feels like a local living in Barcelona. Such a lovely area too.
The following small items in kitchen eg small sharp knife, cutting board, salad bowl were missing. Cereal bowls were chipped.

The 2 bedroom apartment is really big, there's plenty of space and it's very well equipped. Everything there was clean and fresh so we could comfortably rest and prepare for sightseeing. The location is nice as it's not far from the shops and subway or bus stations, but you can also take longer walk through the beautiful streets. The communication through whatsapp with one of the staff members was quick and clear. The refund for deposit came fast.
The doors lock automatically so if you forget your keys in the excitement you will have to pay someone additionally to open them for you. One set of keys may not be enough especially for a group of people who sometimes want to go to different places at different times. Also the air conditioner in the smaller bedroom didn't work because the switch was broken. The communication through both booking and whatsapp and the external platform to pay additional costs was confusing.

Great location. Easy accessibility
It was run down. Outdated stained furniture. The hot water didn’t last one shower. No toiletries provided.
