True Design in Heart of Noble BCN

La posizione è sicuramente ideale, centrale da poter raggiungere quasi tutti i punti di interesse a piedi ma tranquillo abbastanza la sera da poter dormire senza problemi. Ci sono anche diversi ristoranti in zona. Per i bambini, c’è un parco giochi all’angolo del palazzo. L’appartamento è piccolo, ma perfettamente organizzato per 4 persone. I letti sono a scomparsa ma, come suggeritoci, abbiamo aperto e chiuso solo quello che si “trasformava” in tavolo. L’operazione richiedeva un minuto scarso e nessuno sforzo e lo spazio era assolutamente vivibile in questo modo. Abbiamo fatto sempre colazione a casa ed anche cenato 2 volte, una addirittura mentre i bambini dormivano già. Lavastoviglie e lavatrice erano perfettamente utili, con un ottimo spazio per stendere fuori dalla finestra. Doccia comoda. Alejandro, che ci ha aperto la casa, è stato molto presente, ma sempre discreto. Ci ha fornito molte indicazioni utili per mangiare in zona, e si è tenuto in contatto con noi durante il nostro soggiorno interessandosi dei nostri eventuali bisogni. L’assenza di un desk di ricevimento non si è fatto assolutamente sentire, check in fatto di persona e check out velocissimo. Assolutamente da consigliare.

We like everything nice apartment

Our stay at this apartment was nothing short of perfect. The location is unbeatable: right in the heart of Barcelona, walking distance to Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. Yet the apartment itself was a peaceful oasis. Immaculate, combining authenticity (building from 1888) with modern comfort and stocked with everything we needed. But what truly made this trip unforgettable was Alejandro. He is the definition of an exceptional host. From the first message he was responsive, warm, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything. He gave us amazing local tips that you won’t find in guidebooks, made check-in effortless, and even helped us offering an early check-in at zero cost after a long flight so our kids could rest immediately and allowing us to properly deal with our jet-lag. Thanks to Alejandro, this didn’t feel like a rental: it felt like coming home. If you’re visiting Barcelona, do yourself a favor and book this place. We’re already planning our return!

The location was perfect: 10 mins walk to the main boulevards and a lot of major attractions, 20 min walk from La Sagrada Famiglia, 40 min walk to the port area, surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The studio has all necesities: fully equiped and working kitchen, big barth, 2 double confortable beds (perfect for a family with 2 small kids). The studio was clean. Our host, Alejandro was wonderful.

The srudio room has no direct windows outside - the only natural light comes from the barthroom glass (no see through) door, the bath (probably transformed from a former balcony) had huge windows in the back of the building making the room incredibly cold, the bath door did not stay completely shut (so the humidity after a shower or the cold air , once you air the bath by opening the window entered the studio), the building has thin walls so you could hear the neighbours and the elevator (positioned wall to wall to the studio), the entry door was not at all isolated (noises and light from the halway entered in the room - so if you're not a heavy sleeper it's hard to rest).
