Professional and friendly staff. Well sized and clean rooms, offering good comfort. The breakfast is a good value, and offers a wide variety of sweet and savoury. The swimming pool is a nice extra - a small improvement of the sunbed/ seating area and pool surroundings would make it even nicer.

Pleasant hotel. Rooms are a good size. Bathrooms are well equipped. Housekeeping is regular and thorough. We enjoyed our 10 day stay. Great base for everything.
No view from window. The two elevators get very jammed when tours are in.

Location was just a 10 minute walk from the nearby shops and restaurants, wasn’t loud at night due to it not being too close to the centre, the staff in the reception were really helpful
if we knew the pool wasn’t open in October, as we didn’t see online that it was shut when we booked & we booked the hotel on the strength it had a swimming pool with it being close to 30’ during our stay, we also didn’t realise the bathroom door was made of glass so it wasn’t the most private bathroom

Good location and secure underground parking. plus the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The shower wasn't very powerful. Very noisy (guests and street noise), but worst of all the breakfast buffet surface areas were extremely dusty.
