La recepcionista fue muy amable y nos dejó cambiar de habitación. El servicio de limpieza y demás fue perfecto.

Everything is there in the room. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. AC works fine tho it could be a little warm sometime. Great Location within walking distance to attractions and Prado San Sebastián. Fridge was a nice touch. So was housekeeping.
Noise from outside the corridor. Rare but when people are outside you could hear everything. No access to microwave.

The beds were comfortable and clean.
The air conditioner didn’t work properly it didn’t cool the room at all, and the price didn’t compensate for the facilities that tue hotel offer. It looked like more Air&B rather than a Hotel.
