    The hotel is clean and well maintained with friendly staff, but quite old and need to be renovated in many aspects. The location is a bit off center, but walkable. There is a bar and breakfast could be included, but it is much cheaper to grab a cup of coffee with sandwich in the cafe nearby. I would treat it as solid 3*, not 4 for sure - many amenities like kettle or coffee machine, even room slippers are absent. But mostly because of the pool - it is present on the site and in *** filter, but it is closed for a whole year in 2025! Neither that nor construction works are mentioned by the staff or ***. The big downside is also construction works in the right wing - the noise is quite distinguishable... As the sound isolation could be much better, you can hear that and also your noisy neighbors in the night. So I wouldn't recommend it if you want a bit of service, but ok for overnight stay only.
