Great Location, room ideal for our needs, drove so handy with a garage space underneath. Staff very helpful, reception and breakfast in the opposite hotel, simple continental breakfast choice on a menu on the upper floor, great view.

Bathroom a bit small, a fridge would have been a good addition. Otherwise all fine.

Location, people who work in the reception(so friendly and they are doing perfect job), the lighting of the room, the enterance of the hotel. *we had a small issue at night and Samuel solved it. Many thanks to him.

Bed was old and not flat, not good regulated cold water flow in the shower, shower silicons were old. There was only one rubbish bin. The toilet seat was wobbly. The air conditioner was so noisy.

Loved the room, clean and comfy beds and heating. Excellent location, we could walk to the cathedral, old quarter and even to el Camino de los tristes and Mirador de Albahicín. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby! Reception staff also very nice and let us leave our car in the parking the day after a bit longer. Private parking just next door !

Room on the first floor and ir was a bit noisy when other guests came with their luggage or were loud but that it's not the hotel's fault. The hotel does not have facilities just your room although for us it was enough. So if you want to have breakfast you need to go to the hotel in front( although i recommend to go to any of the cafeterias nearby) even reception is in in the hotel in front. I dont think it has a lift. So if your suitcases are heavy, have that in mind. Extra Parking costs 19 euros per day but this is normal in Granada city centre. The room did not have a nice view but that was ok since we didnt spend much time in the room!
